Your station manager takes responsibility for the day to day running of the station. Concentrating on two main areas. Organising and training volunteers and generating funds. This is their sole purpose and should be a paid position as it is their responsibilty to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the station makes money to survive.

In House training Co-Ordinator (part time paid or unpaid)
The training co-ordinator is responsible for showing new presenters how to use the equipment. Because each show is structured for you on very simple software, all the presenter needs to do is worry about the show content, what they are going to say and how they are going to interact with your community. The co-ordinator also provides support to the station manager.
